Terms of Service
These terms govern the sale of industrial assets, machinery, tools, furniture, and other inventory listed on 7Hill Asset Liquidation (a division of 7Hill Furniture Manufacturing Consultancy).
1. Inventory Listings
All product listings are provided in good faith and based on available information. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that descriptions, prices, or specifications are error-free. Buyers are strongly encouraged to inspect assets in person before making a purchase decision.
2. Pricing & Negotiation
Listed prices are indicative and may be negotiable, particularly for bulk procurement. Final pricing will be confirmed during direct communication between the buyer and seller. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
3. Inspection
We strongly encourage all prospective buyers to inspect assets at our Chennai warehouse before making a purchase. Inspection appointments can be scheduled via WhatsApp or phone. Working demonstrations are available for selected machinery by prior arrangement.
4. Payment
We accept bank transfer and cash-on-pickup. Payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon during the negotiation process. No payment is required at the time of enquiry submission.
5. Pickup & Logistics
Pickup arrangements and logistics are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We provide forklift and loading assistance at the warehouse. Shipping or transportation is not arranged by the seller.
6. As-Is Basis
All assets are sold on an “as-is, where-is” basis, with all faults, and without any warranty, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The buyer assumes all risk of loss or damage to the assets upon purchase.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall 7Hill Asset Liquidation, 7Hill Furniture Manufacturing Consultancy, or their representatives be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the purchase or use of any asset.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
9. Enquiry Submission
Submitting an enquiry through our website does not constitute a binding agreement. It is a request for information and negotiation. A binding sale occurs only when both parties have agreed on terms and payment has been completed.
